"The Dip" is the finishing move to the Bagobo dance which causes a lot of cracked ribs and broken spine. Lalay in extreme agony gamely finished the feat. She then quickly scheduled a visit to the chiropractor which she requested to be kept a secret. It was a crowd-pleaser though as can be seen by the audience reaction. No encore requests were honored.
